โš–๏ธ If you are not paid

  1. Ask HR in writing for your final settlement (use the claim letter). By law dues should be paid within 1 week if the employer ended the job, or 2 weeks if you did (Art. 88).
  2. Not paid? File a labour complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources (HRSD) online. It starts with a free friendly settlement.
  3. If settlement fails, the case goes to the Labour Court (via Najiz).
  4. Don't wait: labour claims are generally not heard after 12 months from the end of the job.
